Bragg Creek is building a proper drinks scene — here’s where it stands today.
Craft brewery · Taproom in progress
Our own brewery, and Bragg Creek’s first. We’re still in the building process, so there’s no taproom to visit just yet — but our beer is already pouring and selling at spots around town, so ask wherever you land and you’ll likely find us. When the doors open we’ll be at the Bragg Creek Distillers site on Burnside Drive.
Ask us at breakfast where the beer is on tap this week.
Craft distillery & tasting room · By booking

Always check hours before you go. The hours and phone numbers on this page were right when we wrote them, but small-town hours move with the season and the weather. The quickest check is Google — search the name and you’ll get today’s hours, the phone number and directions. The Chamber of Commerce also keeps a live interactive map of every business in the village, which is the best single link to have open while you’re here: open the Bragg Creek map.
Closed days catch people out. The Bav + Tav is closed Mondays and Rockies Tavern is closed Tuesdays, and several places keep shorter hours through the shoulder season. If you’re set on somewhere in particular, call ahead.
Two rooms are adults-only. The Powderhorn Saloon admits no minors at all, and the Tav side of The Bav + Tav is 18+. Families are welcome everywhere else on this page.
Book ahead on weekends. The Italian Farmhouse and The Bav + Tav both take reservations online, and both fill up when Calgary drives out on a Friday or Saturday night. We’re happy to make the call for you.
